Hello! To whom it may concern,

There is a fence located on the west side of 12th ave s. (right next to where the divider cones were taken out two years ago) in between 207th and 204th (just south of 20433 12th ave s.) . We have been told by neighbors it is a city fence.

There are a few problems.

The first is that it has not been maintained (from our knowledge) in the last four years, and it is starting to fall in to our property and in a few other areas. There are a lot of kids in this neighborhood and I worry that it might fall one day.

The second is that quite a few people keep ripping boards off of the fence in multiple locations to trespass through private property as a shortcut to a bus stop (we have cameras and it films every time someone does this). I have tried to post no trespassing signs visible from both sides (they keep disappearing) and erecting a temporary fence over the hole (keeps getting ripped down as well).

If it is indeed a public city fence, I am requesting that it gets fixed and is maintained properly thereafter. Thanks!
