Van has expired NC plates and NY plates on front of vehicle which is parked on street and has been for many months.

Running business from the house. currently 3 trailers and a bobcat in the yard. Trash on the side of the house.

New LED lights were put in first of the year. At this location they put it in right below a large tree limb. The light is now covered up with the tree having gown around the light. The limb needs to be cut off so the light isn't diminished.

Yard overgown with weeds and grass. shrubs need cutting back. Several piles of yard waste at the curb been there since spring. Owner refuses to bag it for pick up.

House has been vacant for a month. Nothing has been done to the lawn in 3 months. Grass is tall, shrubs are overgrown, vines are growing up the front and side.

4 signs in subdivision put in by original developer which are not to code. Request new signs and removal of old ones. Current signs are all wood and missing street names, rotted, one has the street name on top of a stop sign - really.

Big shout out and thank you to PWC. Nice lady gave me a call about complaint of Spectrum cable, for last 8 months, laying across street. PWC couldn't do anything about that but could call Spectrum to expedite. 4 days later Spectrum had repairman out. Thanks again PWC lady. Tell your boss you need a raise I'll sign it.

PWC 6 Weeks ago repaired water meter by cutting 6' x 6' hole in pavement . Needs to be repaved.

House is a mess, vines on the roof, overgrown hedges, grass needs cutting, Pool is green with algae, dumped yard clippings on road, tree growing out of trash container. Was reported before about 2 months ago. Notice put on mail box. Fix it reported they were working with homeowner to rectify. Since then it now has a for sale sign in front yard and still nothing done to it.

car is unlicensed on the street for a month.
Also van across the street on side of house 1655 is also unlicensed been there more than a year.
