26839 Ross is owned by the nonprofit I work for, Team Cares, Inc., and a few weeks ago the neighboring property, 26825 Ross, redid their porch with cement and a day later, our property has multiple piles of left over dried cement. This is very expensive to remove and may cause issues with our development, sale, and even obtaining a certificate of occupancy after construction is done.
