This vehicle is parked in front of 163 Belmont Street. The passenger side on the front has no tire and the passenger side in the back right hand side the tire is practically gone. Is this vehicle stolen?

The property owners do not shovel at all. 3 storms later and they still did not shovel after this last night. Sidewalk is a sheet of ice. Can't walk on that side of the street at all.
    This is just not right.

This house has not shoveled their sidewalk or driveway. Hasn't even put any ice melt down. It is very dangerous trying to walk on the sidewalk when walking a dog. Not easy walking on the street as everyone goes flying on Belmont Street. We have another snow storm coming today and the sidewalk not being taking care of is going to be worse today.

Address correction! It is 146 Belmont Street, Malden that the car is parked in the wrong direction. It is a Honda Civic and they have a Lyft sign on their windshield. It has been there since yesterday.

The house was sold on Monday. The New owners have not shoveled or put ice melt down. It is very slippery on the sidewalks.

I have called on this a few times and every time I call Everett I am told this is a Malden problem and as of today this still has not been fixed... There is a traffic light at the corner of Belmont Street and Hancock Street in Everett. The light used to change to yellow and red so pedestrians could cross the street. Once the light broke it was never fixed and it's dangerous. There is a bus stop right there on Hancock Street and when you try to cross where the cross walk is the cars don't stop. Have to play dodge the cars just to get to the other side of the street. When the light was working the cars had to stop. One day there is going to be an accident and someone will get hurt. Why can't this light be fixed?

There used to be a stop sign on the corner of Walnut Street and Belmont Street, Malden, MA. A truck hit the stop sign and it was taken down. They never replaced it even though they advised it would be. This is dangerous as people are not stopping and just going through onto Belmont Street... Which is dangerous because there are people driving both directions.

The light is where a cross walk is. There is no signal any longer on the light letting pedestrians cross... Get off the bus every night at the stop on Hancock Street and Belmont Street and have the same problem. People will run you down
