    Grey/blue Hyundai Sonata 7CZW318 abandoned for over 1 week with no tickets from street sweeping. It's parked behind a white Chrysler 300 which was abandoned 5-6 months ago and no tickets! Why does the city encourage this, while ticketing the tax paying residents!?!

    A sickly, old tree on vacant property has been neglected for a long time. Half the tree broke off, damaged our fence last year. I reported the situation to CalTrans, but nothing was done. CalTrans has stated that this property belongs to the city of Oakland. Now 1 limb is about to fall into the freeway and the main part of the tree looks ready to fall into our house! Please see to this issue before property is damaged and before people are injured. The rest of this property is seriously neglected by the owners, as it collects garbage and is uncared for.

    This dark blue Audi was abandoned with no license plates in February and has not moved until early this morning. Now it sits in the middle of the street blocking traffic and a driveway. The city has known of this vehicle for 4 months and neglects to do their responsibility, but that's not a surprise. This is a neighborhood where the police turn their eye to stolen vehicles, street corner drug deals and more! We have too many cars burned and sitting on the side of the road!

    This section of sidewalk was opened up by contractors working for Drake Construction () over 6 months ago and has had multiple temporary patches. These patches have been very poor, with the latest one being the worst. It's a serious public safety concern, as that in less than a weeks time, multiple people have fallen. The patch is too soft when bicycles sink suddenly, 150 lbs pedestrians leave deep impressions and even a 30lbs dogs footprints can be seen!

    The renters of 683 27th st, are not residents, just artists renting extra space. They constantly double park for hours at a time and frequently block empty parking spaces(see pics). They also block residents in and when confronted, they get violent and abusive. Residents have had to call in sick/late or call a ride share just to get to work sometimes. Oakland Parking Enforcement drive by regularly without citing the offenders.

    The homeless encampment has taken over the sidewalk, the parking lane, the bicycle lane and now into the vehicle lane. This area had a lack of parking issue, due to the constant ticketing even tho the city doesn't streetsweep. Now there's no parking due to tents! Bicyclists are forced to swerve into vehicle traffic and cars are constantly driving down the center median. So many levels of unsafe going on and it's all the city's responsibility.
