    Car has been sitting on street for weeks, after it was crashed into a neighbors vehicle several weeks ago by a friend of the owner. It belonged to residents at 517 Lancaster who were illegally living on the lot and have since been evicted. The car was promised to be moved days ago but this has not happened. It has received continuous abuse and destruction even in its immobile state.
