    A lot of people are coming to the city this weekend and we have RV parked in front yards boats sitting in driveways cars parked in front yards all over town yards with weeds growing knee deep. Most are the same code violators that you have been putting up with for a while. Time to make them pay for storage like he did the other people in this town All they're doing is taking advantage of you and laughing at you. Time to give them a copy of the code instead of a sticker. They are no better than their neighbors the neighbors follow the rules

    Tree in the "Y" where the path from Odom South joins to Lake Willastein Path just southwest of fishing pier on South side of lake.

    Some cracking noise presented during wind this morning. If this thing finishes failing it could hit either trail and/or users if it falls.

    The creek in the green space needs cleaning out. Y’all have done it before. There are dead trees that need to be taken down and debris removed that is causing horrible flooding issues. This has been an issue for years and y’all never come meet with us when we call.

    The drainage system for this complex needs to be addressed and fixed between the owner and the city. Last week's flood event is nothing new to this complex. It has happened before and will happen again and again until someone does something about it. People should not be out of vehicles and a home due to other's negligence and failure to address what is known.

    Pretty good size pothole. It appears to be on Rolling Oaks versus Maumelle Blvd if you drew a line along the Blvd. Regardless of which, needs to be filled.

    The trail both going both towards the cemetery and Hibiscus Drive has several exposed roots and is a tripping hazard. Many places have ridges 4-5" tall. Photos do not accurately depict the problems. I was walking my dog a few weeks ago and tripped, breaking my shoulder. Please repair this area! Thank you.
