    The crossing/blinking sign & push button pole, southbound Pinellas Trail for crossing 22nd Ave N, is completely gone. Possible vehicle accident or hurricane damage? There is no button to push, no crossing lights, etc. Please replace, as this is a major intersection for Pinellas Trail crossing safety.

    The city fixed the broken curb, eliminating one hazard, but left this nasty hole in the street in the process. This almost made me crash on my bike. Something like this could cause a cyclist to swerve out into traffic and be hit or run over by a car. Just unacceptable!

    There were repairs done to the curbs at this location, which completed 3-4 weeks ago. When doing the repair they damaged the road. There were two barricades placed on top of the road damage, but nothing has been done to complete the job. These signs, and road damage, are a hazard. Please complete the job.

    The curb on the southwest corner of this intersection, and some corresponding asphalt in the road, are a hazard for bicyclists and walkers. There is also a pothole/curb repair needed in the intersection as well (see pics).
