There is an alley behind 3219 46th Street North which connects 32nd Ave. N. to 33rd Ave. N. The end which connects to 32nd Ave. N. is damaged and needs repair. It is a combination of old asphalt and gravel/ dirt and it now has formed a pothole type depression.

This is the alley just behind 3219 46th Street N. St. Pete, where the alley meets 33rd Ave. N. There is some asphalt and some dirt, but it has eroded and washed out quite a lot. It needs either more asphalt or more dirt to fill in the pothole.

This is for traffic heading West on 30th Avenue N. and turning left or South at the traffic light on 49th Street N. During rush hour the traffic gets backed up while turning left from 30th Ave. N onto 49th Street N. heading South because there is no green left turn arrow. The traffic heading East on 30th Ave. N. (oncoming traffic) is very heavy at these times and only 1 car heading West can move into the intersection and turn left once the light turns yellow. There needs to be a left turn arrow at this intersection.

There is another pothole on the corner of 30th Ave. N. and 46th Street N. on the North side. This is now the 4th pothole reported with 3 others fixed in the past 2 years. The road surface is cracked all over this area so when one pothole is repaired another one immediately opens. This area needs a complete resurfacing and not just continuous pothole repairs.

I have an electric smoker which no longer works and I would like t request a special pickup. My address is 3219 46th Street N. It's behind the house in the alley. Black with a glass front. Approx. 3 ft. tall by 15 inches wide by 15 inches deep. 35-40 lbs.

This pothole was reported back in June and also mentioned back then that potholes have been repaired at this spot multiple times in the past 2 years. The pothole was patched about 1 month ago but it is a very poor repair. The asphalt around the hole which was patched is still cracked and the repaired hole has sunk 4 inches. This needs a more permanent solution. This is on the north side of the intersection of 30th Ave. N. and 46th Street N.

There are 2 potholes on either side of an existing patch on the corner of 32nd Avenue N. and 46th Street N. The road surface is also very cracked at that intersection.

There is another pothole on the North side of the 30th Ave. N. and 46th Street N. intersection. There have been 3 other potholes in this same spot during the past 2 years which have been patched, but they keep coming back. It seems a more permanent solution is needed.

There is a house directly behind my house, across the alley behind my house, which has an above ground swimming pool. The pool has just a little water in it and the water is very green and dirty. It seems to be a breeding ground for mosquitos.
