cannot go in my back yard without this women’s dogs barking at me. she does not have the ability to make them stop. she will literally be outside with them while they’re barking at me and do nothing. she tells me to go inside and they’ll stop. The neighbors dogs and them will just bark at each other through the chain link fence and no one intervenes. i’ve spoken to the person directly behind them and he also has tried reporting the dogs many times but you guys never do anything about it. I’ve set up a camera on my back porch and have recorded a clip EVERYDAY for about 2 months of the dogs barking for about 5 minutes straight. And let’s not forgot that at 12 o’clock everyday the fire station siren goes off and they will all bark at that. This lady has to idea that all she needs to do is open the back door and let the dogs out. she pays no attention to them while they’re out and i don’t understand what needs to be done to make it stop. i should be able to go out in my back yard without having to check to see if her dogs are out. She acts like she lives on a 50 acre plot of land without a care at all for her surrounding neighbors. I can guarantee if you talk to all her surrounding neighbors they would say something to agree with this. But you guys will just show up and the dogs won’t be barking and you just say it’s all good. I know for a fact there has been multiple issues with her and her dogs, but nothing ever changes. Again, i have recordings of the barking and i also have recordings of the man that lives there threatening to beat the sh*t out of me if i don’t shut up. I’m not concerned about my safety, i can handle myself, but please can we do something here…
