    I am inquiring if the city is responsible for E Park Ave/W Park Ave off of Rush Rd. The "park" itself is overgrown and has piles of cut wood that have been sitting for awhile. This creates a habitat for pests and is also an eyesore to the community. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
