    Near the scooter but close to 84th street, on October 10th in the morning, afternoon and evening there was a lot of water running down the street to the south. It was not a trickle and not an emergency. Enough to fill the gutters and create pools at the intersection to the south. Maybe a water main or sprinkler issue.

    North side of Adams about 82nd street the curb and or road appears to have buckled. The curb broke and is sticking a couple feet up in the air. The road seems drivable for now but looks like it has sunk or was repaired before.

    The young street trees along Leighton from around 88th to 95th many need trimmed badly. Particularly along the south side. Some look like bushes with branches near the ground. Some trees are on house properties and some are on commons areas but all are city trees near the street. I believe someone trimmed these in 2020 or 2021, thank you, they could really use another trimming. Many of the homeowners don't know how to trim a tree. Thank you

    The county removed the gravel from the gravel road on Leighton east of 95th. Now it is just a dirt road. With the recent rains and increased traffic due to Holdrege being closed, traffic has tracked quite a bit of dirt and mud into the city a few blocks on Leighton. Enough that it kicks up into your wheel wells. Either the city will have to street sweep this area after rains or the county will need to put gravel back on the gravel road. Hopefully this is just temporary while Holdrege is closed.

    East bound red light is out. All other lights work and days before it looks like half the LEDs were not working in that 1 red light.

    West bound O street far left lane approaching 56th street. This lane is a straight only through the intersection. I've been behind numerous cars lately that are trying to turn left on to 56th street. One of the problems I see is that once they get up to the light there is nothing they can see that says they cannot turn left. I believe there used to be green arrows in the traffic light pointing forward so you know all 3 lanes are forward only and a sign that showed no left turn. There is no sign up on the traffic light explaining no left turn and the green light does not have an arrow, only a sign earlier approaching the intersection which apparently is being overlooked. I honk at the car in front of me trying to turn left and holding up traffic but they look up and don't see any "no left turn" sign on the traffic light above and think they are ok turning left. There needs to be more signage like there used to be. Thank you.

    On the northeast corner of this intersection there is a signal light on the vertical pole. The light is facing west but lights up the same as the north/south signals. Its probably facing the wrong way and should face south. It was like this Saturday 11/14 night, if it has been fixed since then disregard.

    Add a right turn green arrow. When traveling east on Havelock and turning right to southbound 84th street the light will turn red but also the southbound 84th traffic light turns red allowing the northbound 84th green left arrow to turn on to Havelock Ave. While 84th traffic has a green arrow to turn left on to Havelock, the Havelock traffic turning right on to southbound 84th has a protected turn and should have a green right arrow to notify drivers to turn. Right now, traffic sits and looks at 84th traffic to their left not knowing if their light is red or if it will suddenly turn green and so they sit cautiously. The traffic light on the vertical pole on the southeast corner of the intersection should have a green right turn arrow during the other green left turn cycle. This is common on most other busy intersections.
