This is a continuous issues when there is extremely heavy rain

Drainage and/or Erosion Issues Archived331 James Rd Se Owens Cross Roads, AL, 35763, USA - US Congressional District AL5During the last major rain storm (Late June, Early July) the force of water through the drainage culvert push off the cover to the drainage access point in the front of my yard. Additionally the same water force pushed out some sort of pressure relief component in the top of the culverts running under ground in front of the house leaving behind multiple large 3" holes in the ground which go right into the culverts.
