City of Albany Admin 3 Not responding to requests/issues. Broken reporting system. If requests are not responded to this system is clearly not working.

Albany Parking Enforcement refuses to answer the phone.

Albany Parking Enforcement does not answer its phone. When you are able to get through they rarely follow up with the issue reported. They show up and drive off. Other times they state they have no one available to deal with the issue. Most within the department don't know the basic rules and regulations regarding Albany's Parking "laws". They enforce what they choose to and often walk right past violations. seeclickfix Doug only thanks you for information (days later) yet never seems to provide any or solves any of the issues reported. Time for a change.

Motorcycles (motor vehicles) parked on sidewalk daily. In other neighborhoods this issue would be enforced and the vehicles towed.

Another canopy a few doors down from the other one that has been up for weeks. You can't even use the sidewalk here. This is beyond ridiculous that no one enforces anything in this area.

Pop-up canopy has been up for weeks. This wouldn't be allowed for most residents. Albany seems to pick and choose where it enforces things.
