    The empty lot across from Seaside Park (between 850 Atlantic St and 1010 Atlantic St) is full of trash and various other illegally dumped material. Also apparently some unsecured packing material blows into the lot from the enterprise behind it on South St, ABC Supply. This has been an issue that has not been addressed for years. I have been told the lot is city-owned.

    This RV has been parked in the same spot since Labor Day--6 weeks. Before that for an additional few weeks in August. I believe people are living there. People go in and out once in awhile. Occasionally there is a generator running. The license plate is in the driver side window. What is the city regulation about living in an RV on a city street? Parking an RV on a city street? I don't want this street to become a defacto RV park.
