    On the southbound road turning left onto Eastbound 11400 S:
    Only the left-most left turn lane activates the left turn signal.
    When there is a car in the West/right-most left turn lane, the straight traffic light turns green, but the left turn signal never goes green. Thus, the signal stands idle for between 25-60 seconds, and immediately cycles again after allowing thru-traffic to continue for a short amount of time.
    This is only fixed when either the vehicle decides to go through when the cycle really should allow them through, or another car arrives and waits in the other left-turn lane.

    Thank you! This has been annoying me quite a bit for the past week or so, especially when I forget late at night and never get my turn in the cycle.
