    The homeless man isn't living there anymore, but there's a huge pile of garbage on the side of the apartment complex that's been left for MONTHS now, that's a fire safety! it also over spills to the public sidewalk and the garage is then going into the City street creating trash in our neighborhood!

    Parked vehicles need to go inside the garage bc they block the sidewalk for pedestrians, especially those with disabilities and children!

    This apartment complex also has one unit that was burnt down YEARS AGO, and has boarded the windows with plight wood, looks HORRIBLE! Gives our neighborhood a bad look such an EYE SORE. the owner needs to fix it and held accountable! this wouldn't be left unattended in other cities why here???

    PLEASE do something.

    the Residents of the apartment complex park on the sidewalk on the corner of 106th and Foothill side! ADA non compliant ! Those in wheelchairs or with visual impairments , or even kids walking to school have to go into the street endangering their safety with the traffic.
