Re-pavement construction crew operating asphalt removing machine without any dust mitigation practices. Plums of disturbed dust covering vehicles blocks away and causing respiratory disturbances. No formal markings on crew to identify foreman or working contractor to call. I am an at risk individual performing end stage treatments at my home. This is compromising my health. Kisasib@gmail.com
