    This rig has been moving and beeping LOUDLY and obnoxiously for the past two or three nights. It's currently 12:07AM and they just finally stopped because the cops showed up. I understand the building needs to be completed, but this noise should be stopped at 10PM the latest, let alone early in the morning hours.
