    There is always yard debris/garbage bags on this sidewalk. Also, the shrubs are covering sidewalk and need to be trimmed back. There is a city ordinance against blocking sidewalks. Evidently it is another code Macon doesn't enforce.

    Drainage construction was halted by MWA due to COVID19? Construction had nothing to do with public, don't know why stopped. However, huge concrete drains in road, large metal covering hole, horrible noise from speeding traffice.
    Come on Macon--get it started and finished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
