Grandview Homes/ McCullough Contractors are building on Sunshine drive & Plaza Place in Tarpon Springs Florida. We live next to the (4) builting lots. The have cause extensive damage to our property. Silt fence improperly installed causing dirt, silt ,sand and site building materials to flood into our property everytime it rains. We have been incurring damage over 2 years. Year one they trespassed onto our property and cut our main waterline with a ditch witch machine and refused to repair it. They drove large back hoes over my back yard leaving ruts which they did not repair.We have both photos and video of each event. This company has been non compliant with the building department. I have reached out to them on several occassions and they just give excuses and no resolution. They need to contain water run off from their build sites with a retaining wall.
Desired Outcome Description:
I would like a retaining wall built on their lot five foot off the property line to protect my property from futher damage. Also clean up my yard and driveway of 6 inches of sand dirt and construction debris. Re sodding and replacement of all damaged landscaping.
