    Flashing yellow beacons seem to be insufficient/ineffective. Driver failed to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk with flashing yellow lights activated. Instead of stopping, the northbound vehicle in the right lane swerved into the left lane, cutting off pedestrians walking across Massachusetts Avenue to Dudley Street.

    Drivers frequently roll into the raised crosswalk at Meacham Rd & Mass Ave without coming to a complete stop. Near pedestrian collision witnessed Sunday AM 8/9. It seems like most vehicles are thru traffic coming from Davis Sq to avoid the signal at Dover St. Could this be fixed with additional signage or possibly a new traffic pattern?

    Could an in-street pedestrian sign be installed in the middle of the roadway at the Cedar Street crosswalk at Mass Ave? Drivers turning right from Mass Ave frequently don't yield to pedestrians entering the crosswalk. The new Turning Vehicles Yield sign seems to be helping but additional delineators/signage are needed to help calm turning traffic.

    Driver failed to yield to multiple pedestrians crossing Prospect Ave in the crosswalk on a walk signal; near collision (witnessed Sunday AM 11/17). Additional signage or enforcement might help.
