Vehicle (Abandoned/Non-Operational) Archived918 Se Second Ave Gainesville FL 32601, United States - 311GNVPolice Sector 4Again, why is Coke using/obstructing city streets- using public spaces for their private business???

General Code Issue Archived918 Se Second Ave Gainesville FL 32601, United States - 311GNVPolice Sector 4Again, Coke plant has 3 open semis parked on 2nd Ave., while plenty of room to park exists within their property boundaries. Why are they continuously allowed to do this? They are horribly obnoxious neighbors. I would like to have a written explanation as to wether this is ‘lawful’ with regard to Gainesville Codes. Thank you.

Noise Complaint Archived918 Se Second Ave Gainesville FL 32601, United States - 311GNVPolice Sector 4There is a generator powered Grainger shoe truck parked behind the coke plant that turned it’s incredibly loud engine on at 6am. Right in front of multiple family residences. It is parked on public property and is a nuisance!!!!

General Code Issue Archived253–299 E University Ave Gainesville FL 32601, United States - 311GNVPolice Sector 4I live behind the Coca-Cola plant at 929 E University Ave. While it’s a generally noisy place -both during the day AND the night, it has recently gotten a bit out of control. Over the past week, sometimes more than six Coke semi-trailers are parked on SE 2nd Ave, between 9th + 10th Aves. These empty trailers create driving/biking safety issues due to lack of visibility. Further, the engines are often left idling 15 feet away from residents homes. Coca-cola is using public property for their private affairs. Please investigate.

Trash/Debris (Public Property) Archived413 S Main St Gainesville 32601, United States - 311GNVPolice Sector 4There are exactly 2 public garbage cans on S. Main St. between 2nd Ave and Depot Ave (six city blocks). This is a ridiculously paltry amount of trash receptacles considering the increased amount of foot traffic in the area. New businesses, Depot Park, a burgeoning homeless population, all speak to the need for more city trash cans on S. Main St. Increased revenues from recent entrepreneurial endeavors in the neighborhood should support this!

Other Archived435 S Main St Gainesville 32601, United States - 311GNVPolice Sector 4This portapotty and a giant pile of dirt has remained untouched, adjacent to my restaurant for 3 weeks - through Tom Petty Events, Pride Weekend, and now Fest. This is outrageous! Businesses on S.Main are already at enough of a disadvantage without the city leaving unfinished business and eyesores - we deserve better. Please do something about this!

This is outrageous! Businesses on S.Main rely on this meager parking to maintain their livelihood - we deserve better.
