Park Blvd @ Monterey Blvd. Missing Utility cover identified as EBMUD. It's is located in the middle of the sidewalk. This has been an issue for a long time.

Park Blvd. Pedestrian Improvements Contract #100438. I cannot locate Construction Drawings to view the Final Project.
As it looks now, the job is nearing completion & it does not appear to me & others that "side show" prevention measures are not in place?

Damaged, Litter container. This container was very nicely tiled. Damaged fiberglass top & missing door. Please repair/replace. No. 531 noted in the front of the unit.

Mixed waste from Catch Basins

On Park Blvd. Yesterday I saw 3 cars on the side of the road with flat tires in the up hill direction. The bus noted in this photo is to show the size of this particular "pot hole".

Another Large tree down in McCrae Park. In the Picnic area up from the Main gate across from 4461 Carson St.

The Wooden Structure that houses a pump & electrical power for the Large Pond has been torn off! It has been out of service for a good long time! I do not see mold, but there is standing water in the box area. Mosquitoes were not seen at this visit.

12 bags of green waste. These bags have been here for several months. Small pile of branches as well.

2 large trees have fallen over the path from the end of Shepherd St. To the Carson overpass in McCrae Park. Another tree is compromised & could also come down.

Area flooded. Above my skill level, not a classic catch basin.
Tried, but failed!
Bus stop, restaurant & crosswalk impacted.
