    f The snow plows didn't plow the left side of South Burritt St. coming from Black Rock. There is at least 7 ft of snow from the curb to the street making it impossible to park or for anyone to get to the fire hydrant near Garden. i called NBPW yesterday when they opened and explained the situation and was told they would send a plow but no one ever came. right now no one can park on the street and they do, no one is going to be able to get diwn thg he street. Usually they plow curb to curb. Thus time they only plowed one side of the street. there was no one parked on the street during the ban so no reason why both sides were not plowed. thanks for your time.

    Gold Nissan, no plates, 2 flat tires, parked there for months. neighbors reported this months ago but its still there.
