    Regarding your Reply, this is NOT regarding to grass growing between my house and the house at 28 Midian Ave, this is regarding the Ugly loop plants that are growing between our two houses from the RED METAL HOUSE that grow because of Ruzzo's Illegal permit that Windsor allowed him to issue with no gutters.

    Neighbors rented House has tall 7 to 8 ft. Tall weeds that grow between the 8 feet space between our houses, these weeds are now starting to expand over to my property making it impossible for my lawn mower to mow my side of property. Renter or Home-Owner needs to have these removed or trimmed weekly or I will report weekly.

    9" inches of tall grass or more, and weeds on grass growing on property line between house of 28 house and 32 Midian Ave, renter never mows this part of lawn, makes my house disgusting! Also, Tall tree on this house at 28 Midian Ave. has a large tree that is too high, interacts with my electric lines, causes my power services to stop, close or lose power. Xfinety claims these power lines are cause of my services going bad! Windsor needs to take care of this!

    Rob Ruzzo is NOT licensed to issue Permits in Windsor, he has a Office of Education and Data Education Mgmt. Educational Tracking Card which means he ONLY took first step of training classes to become a OFFICIAL licensed Building Official! He is NOT properly trained to issue PERMITS in CT, and Windsor in allowing him to ILLEGALLY issue PERMITS. That is why my house was severely damaged. Court in process. Nathan Karnes, Doug Hardy and WFSB, why don't you verify this on line and see! I have a copy of FAKE license on my computer!

In Jan. 2006 Town of Windsor claimed interest in property via Mortgage Lien, so Town of Windsor can Take responsibility of lawn since they won't take responsibility of my house for damages of Illegal permit for Red Metal Roof issued to house at 28 Midian Ave. that has caused severe Damage to my house at 32 Midian Ave. Take care of Lawn NOW!

    I agree with the poster regarding the speeders on Portman, in fact, there are people driving fast on all of the streets off Deerfield, but there are NEVER any Police officers around here! However IF you go around the Town hall, you can see one every 10 minutes.

    I figured that my post about my House Damage was going to be Flagged, and of course it was! That's because Windsor is Fully aware of the Fact that they are wrong and Guilty that they are responsible for damaging my house! I only bought this house because I have Epilepsy, my cat Lucy wanted to get away from the trains by Upper Broad St. I had to listen to her Meow and cry that she could NOT go thru her kitty door for over 1 year, after the window got broken, because of the rats got thru the basement window and left rat poop all over! That was the hardest part of all of this Illegal permit mess! I am a mother to ALL of my pets!

    Why don't all of Windsor Resident's come drive by my house and see the Red Metal Roof on the neighbors house, that was given a permit in 2011, issued by Rob Ruzzo in the Windsor Building Dept. who is Unlicensed, which has 5 errors on it, Snow hardens up, slides off and slams on to my house, damaging my vinyl siding in chunks! In 2016, it put a hole in my basement window, over 80 rats came in, there is rat poop all over my basement, Windsor won't accept responsibility. A jury trial is to take place in May next year! Windsor hired a Hartford Atty. to try to win this case! I am stuck living here til case is solved!
