    Vegetation overgrowth encroaching into the roadway, making it difficult to drive down without driving on grass/private property.

    SE 16th St is used by multiple residences. The road is very narrow, creating difficulties when cars are simultaneously going up and down. The power lines are also hanging very low and seem to have caution tape on them, but the issue has not been addressed. Are there plans for the city to widen this road and address the power lines?

    196th Ave SE is a very narrow dirt road coming off of SE 16th St. Given the multiple roads at the top of 16th, the dirt road is very easy to miss by emergency and delivery services. Does the city have plans to pave it, given their are multiple houses that use it to access their home driveways?
