There is plow damage along the curb at several locations along my property. Over 2 months ago the utilities were identified (painted) on the street and utility flags were placed on my yard. I assumed that this was done because the curb repair work was going to be completed. Well nothing has been done and the markings & flags are no longer on my property. In one area at the corner my sprinkler heads are damaged. I would like to get my sprinkler system up and running but the damaged heads will need to be fixed before the system will work properly. Will the town fix the sprinkler heads or should I have my sprinkler contractor fix them and then send a bill to the town for the repair work?
