This tree was cut like this by the city over a year ago. It is truly sad. I have called the city and asked for a removal at the beginning of the year, neighbors have submitted requests for it via the plat form as well, but nothing happens. This would not happen downtown ! Please take care of this and take the dead stump out! We would love to either adopt a new tree or replant one.
