    An employee of the city came to my house a couple of weeks ago and told me he was going to replace the water meter. I had already received a notice that it would be happening. A few minutes went by and I noticed he had already moved on down the street. This morning, I found that he had not replaced the meter. Apparently, he broke the pvc on my end and then left. I spent most of my Saturday fixing the leak. I had to buy some parts and I even had to get assistance from a friend who is a contractor. I am very upset with the city over this deal. I am requesting that a supervisor contact me as soon as possible.
