These light post mounted banners are only 5 feet off the ground or less. They do not adhere to ADA regulations. Anybody walking riding a bike or otherwise on the sidewalk/Greenway could hit their head.

This bike rack near Katyn statue has been crowded with many bikes that seem abandoned. This cuts down on availability and this type of rack is already very difficult to use.  There should be plenty of available bike parking here near the PATH and light rail. Please remove bikes that are abandoned and add more of the new JC "lollipop" style racks properly spaced and installed.

The pavement along the marina here is painted with glossy slippery paint especially when wet. One rainy day I came around the corner on my bike (slowly!) and the paint caused my bike to slip out from under me. I fell and hit my head fortunately wearing a helmet which cracked. Obviously I had to replace it. I have a receipt for a new helmet. I didn't have any immediate symptoms but suspect I had a concussion. I've been communicating with Hudson Point ever since the incident and have been given the runaround. It just needs a gritty coat of paint in a few places. Please advise.
