    There are constantly people speeding up and down the street. Would it be possible to get a four-way stop at the corner of 20th and Lincoln that might help cut down some of the speeding. There are kids who play here all the time and they take their lives in their hands.

    Apparently the tenants in this rental moved out and someone dumped a bunch of garbage and other items in the alley and this morning I had to move some of it to get down the alley from my garage. Not only is this unsightly, but rather dangerous to kids who might try to play in that area.
    In addition, the alley is pretty rough to drive on with potholes and when it rains it floods in places.
