Due to the construction at 12th and Menaul, people are trying to cut through our neighborhood to get to 12th. There is no outlet to 12th from Woodland so people come down, discover it is blocked and angrily speed back to 10th. In the past few weeks I have witnessed smoking tires and VERY high speeds. I am concerned for the safety of my family. The city has placed signs, but people are not reading them/don't care. The construction is an inconvenience as it is without having people driving 60 MPH down my residential rode and compromising the safety of our neighborhood. Any steps that the City can take to alleviate this issue would be greatly appreciated.
