    At the corner of Grove St and Commerce Drive at the railroad crossing there is a light pole with 2 lights at the top that are both not working. This is causing it harder to see entering and exiting from commerce drive. This is a railroad crossing too and needs the street lights to be working properly for visibility

    Last month you acknowledged that repaving of Commerce Drive in Braintree was scheduled to be done during the current construction season. Do you know when work will start on this road? We have an owner's meeting coming up on the 27th of this month and I would like to give everyone an update as when we can expect work to begin.

    I have reported the past 2 years the poor condition of Commerce Drive in Braintree. The road is heavily patched causing severe rough driving conditions for personal vehicles. As happens with winter weather there are currently several spots of road deterioration that need to be addressed from the West street end all the way to and around the rotary. Last year, i got a commitment from the town that the entire road that the town maintains would be repaved in 2021. I would like to put in a reminder about the repaving of this road as it is currently is the poorest condition it ever was. Please advise an approximate date when this work can be done to repave. Continued patching is not the answer to this problem. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

    Back in March 2020, I addressed the issue of the road conditions at Commerce Drive in Braintree. The road is in poor condition for personal vehicles. Dave responded advising that the road was improperly constructed prior to the town taking over. Dave said the matter will be looked into but I have not seen any updates to this road being fixed. I understand the town did not construct the road but since then the town has taken over responsibility of maintaining it but nothing has been done. Please update us.

    A good stretch of Commerce Drive in Braintree from West Street to the new Marr Scaffolding warehouse is in bad shape. Pot holes have been filled so many times that the road is so bumpy it is starting to cause damage to cars trying to drive on it. This road is used by residents of Turtle Crossing and not just trucks from the various businesses on this road. As residents we deserve a good road to drive on. Apparently the town thinks it is a road for trucks only but forget us residents who need to use it also from Turtle Crossing. This road needs a repaving to ensure personal vehicles can drive on it without damage being caused to our cars. Thank you.

    2 street lights on the same pole are out at the intersection of Commerce Dr. and West St. in Braintree right at the railroad crossing. At night it is dark at this intersection and with it being a railroad crossing, it is dangerous not to have enough light to see everything.
