Time is 8:55 am today again at this address 9 Fulton Ave trash is on the sidewalk. Trash is not to be picked up until tomorrow. On this extremely hot day this is horrible and a health problem. This is done every week at this address trash is put out 1-2 days before pick up. Then you guys show up 2 days later stating no problem need to come now

At 9 Fulton Ave, constant double parking, parking in others driveway . Cars can barely get by. A call was made tonight around 8:10pm to the Parking Authority concerning this problem pictured , as of 9:12 pm the Parking Authority never responded. What is wrong with JC , Bayonne or even Downtown JC would not allow this nonsense. Thank God no Emergency Vehicles had to get by. This is ongoing problem at this address

Again ,at 9 Fulton Ave it's 10:50 am on Tuesday as you can see Trash and Debris is in front of this house again. Pickup is not until tonight or early morning tomorrow. This is always occurring at this address I don't understand why the owner is not being fined. Owner do not live at this address. Not fair to surrounding neighbors

Again at this address 9 Fulton Ave garbage was put out in front of this address . Today is 5/26/20 9:40 am and this was left on the street since yesterday. This occurs every week at this address. Constant complaints are made and the owner whom does not live at this address allows this to take place.

I called the Parking Authority today to see if the Enforcement of the 2hr Residential Zone Parking on Fulton Ave.was back to being enforced. The man on the phone after checking said yes and he would send someone out. This was around 8:30 am. Around 9:20 am I called the Parking Authority again to see what happened and a different man answered. When I tried to explain why I was calling he started yelling and raising his voice to me . I was like I was told by the pervious man and your website that the Enforcement began back on May 11,2020. Again he started yelling and demanded my address . I stated why is my address necessary and my name.. Iasked for his name , he stated his name is Gonzales I asked for his first name . He yelled you don't need my first name Ms.( my name) because everyone knows me here but I have yours. I was taken back by this behavior and a form of threat. I immediately hung up because I was not going to engage myself in such despicable behavior by a city employer paid by our tax dollars. After talking with some neighbors I was informed this seems to be a pattern with this Gonzales person especially concerning the Greenville ares.

9 Fulton Ave several complaints have been made concerning this address and nothing is being done to correct the horrific conditions that exists at this address. The landlord or owner do not reside at this address.Numerous people constantly go in and out of the home.While garbage , garbage cans and all types of litter are put on the street in front of this house everyday 7 days a week. Trash floats all around the house and on other people properties. There is a smell of dog feces coming from the back yard as the weather is getting warmer .I do not understand why nothing is being done about the complaints . I am sure if this horrible conditions existed in Downtown J.C. something would have taken place against the owner but because it is in the Greenville section it's ignored or allowed.

Again in front of the house of 9 Fulton Ave. Today at 8:30 garbage was placed in the front of the house for tomorrow garbage collection . The time is now 11:20 am and garbage and garbage cans are all over the sidewalk waiting for garbage collection tomorrow. As stated before this is an ongoing problem with this address.The owner does not reside at this address and he does not care. This is an eyesore for the neighborhood plus it also cause a health hazard since garbage is constantly blowing on other people properties and in the street after the street sweeper cleans the streets. Every week this is a problem and after the garbage is collected . The garbage cans stay in front of the house for days . The cans roll all on the sidewalk and street causing people to constantly walk in the street. Squirrels run in and out of the cans . People are heard screaming because of the squirrel's maybe when some is bitten maybe something will be done.

15-17 Fulton Ave this is an abandoned house that has been taken over by drug addicts and homeless people . They go in and out of the home all day long .They are seen shooting up their drugs and constantly nodding out after taking their drugs. The traffic is a all day problem. I am afraid they will cause a fire on the property which could result in other homes surrounded by this home to also catch on fire. Something needs to be done immediately before people lose their homes or possibly their lives.

Again look at the garbage and trash in front of 9 Fulton Ave , today at 10:24 A.M. littering the street . Also I reported some strange liquid was coming out of their garage or basement several months ago . The Water Dept was called by JC after several attempts by the Water Dept the problem stop. This problem is starting again, with this water coming on the sidewalk and my property causing a dangerous walking conditions for people and myself .I am disabled. Also on the side of the home there are loose wires coming from the house and electrical boxes. I hope this pose no hazard or life threatening condition for an adult or child. I have repeatedly reported the conditions of this house and nothing is being done. If someone is injured or life lost I will definitely let them know things were reported.The owner do not reside at this address. Nor do I understand how a Certificate to rent or occupied was issued.

At 9Fulton Avenue garbage cans at 5:35pm are still sitting on the street after garbage was collected last night. As stated yesterday this is a constant problem that occurs at this address. Yesterday the garbage cans and garbage bags were placed outside on the street Monday night and they stayed on the street all day Tuesday.This not only creates a health hazard but also a rodent problem.Plus people must walk around this mess constantly

At 9 Fulton Ave several garbage bags and cans has been sitting in front of this house . Garbage is not going to be picked up until late tonight. It is now 2:31pm and this mess has been sitting on the street since yesterday. This is a constant problem at this address . With this Virus we do not added concern of germs and rodents.

Fulton,Garfield was declared a zone 10 area since 2/3/20 . Fulton Ave 2hrs parking unless you have a Residential Permit . Garfield Ave from 566 to 538 Restricted Parking, as of today Garfield Ave Restricted Parking signs are not up and on the corner of Fulton and Garfield people still park in front of the Fire Hydrant all night making this a dangerous situation. Your response was to call the Parking Authority No the situation was reported and it's the PA responbility to monitor the situation .Also the 2hr and Residential Parking Permit on Fulton Ave between Ocean and Garfield Ave is not being enforced. Again the Tale of Two Cities exists in this city concerning the Greenville area. Laws are passed but nothing is enforced or put in place when it concern this area. How is it people are allowed to stand on corners all day long and the police ride by. Homeless and Addicts walk through the neighborhoods all day or sit on abandoned homes or bus stops all day with no one moving them. This would not be allowed in Downtown J.C.. We in the Greenville area pay our taxes also.

No one has come out concerning the truck parked on Garfield and Fulton Avenue blocking the handicap walkway ypu stated it was assigned

Notice was given effective 3/2/20 Garfield Ave from 538-566 was becoming Restricted Parking as of today no signs from the Parking Authority has been placed. Also this Commercial truck is allowed to park all the time on Garfield Avenue near Fulton. Have repeatedly reported this to the Parking Enforcement. Also Fulton Ave between Ocean and Garfield have Zone 10 Parking rules that are not being enforced . People park past the 2 hr limit all day and night with no conscience.

On 2/3/20 Fulton and Garfield Avenue was deemed a Zone 10 with Garfield Avenue between 538 - 560 Restricted Parking. As of today signs concerning Fulton Ave Zone 10 rules was only placed on one side of Fulton Ave between Ocean and Garfield Avenue. No signs were placed on the other side. On the side with the signs no enforcement of the new rules are taking place. People park as long as they want and especially at night after 6 pm. This is not fair to the Residents that went to the Parking Authority to get the proper Permit to park. No one is ticketing or enforcing the new rule.Concerning Garfield Ave no Restricted Parking signs have been placed . Parking especially at night is still is going on at the Fire Hydrant on Fulton and Garfield Avenue

We received several weeks ago about Fulton Ave, Dwight , Stegman St along with parts of Garfield Ave becoming a Zone 10 area with 2 hr parking unless you have a Residential Permit and Garfield Ave a Restricted Parking effective 2/3/20. As of today , there are no signs on Fulton Ave between Ocean Ave and Garfield Ave. The only signs on Fulton Ave are on the top part close to Ocean Ave and only on one side of Fulton nothing exists from the middle of Fulton Ave to Garfield Ave . If an enforcement is to be placed it is to be equally enforced not partially. Which now is causing congestion on the lower part of Fulton Ave. As far as Garfield Ave people are parking there constantly even parking in front of the fire hydrant on Fulton and Garfield Ave during the day and especially at night. God forbid a fire happens and time is wasted or a life trying to find the owner because an enforcement was not enforced.
