Someone really needs to look into what is going on at 295 Pavonia Why do they continue to get no parking signs and allowed to move them around the block on a daily basis? I watched them move a sign today and a car was towed because of it While it was happening I said something to the parking authority rep who was onsite and I showed the police officer the video I feel horrible for the owner of that car Something needs to be don about this misuse of permits The residents on the block are fed up
