    6th & Lombard Philadelphia, PA - Society Hill

    I took my kids to Starr this morning around 9:30 and found the playground gates on both Lombard and 6th Streets were chained closed.

    I called 311 and they transferred me to Starr's, unattended, office.

    I called back and got disconnected while being bounced around a transfer queue.

    Does anyone know of scheduled maintenance, problems or did someone just oversleep?

    A tree has fallen; Monroe St is impassable.

    The entity that is renovating 729 S 4th has dug a hole in Pemberton St. and over filled it with a concrete and rock top.

    Pemberton is not wide enough to drive "wide" and run tires over the patch. The piling is not compressing, most cars bottom out on the rocks and concrete scraping their undercarriages.

    There is a street lamp dangling from a pole being help up by wires and tree branches. It's the first tree on the north side of Pemberton at 3rd.
