On the West side of Lake Street between Park Avenue and Bloomfield Avenue there is an overwhelming amount of garbage and debris along with overgrown weeds and vegetation. This side of the street is home to several baseball fields and a football field which haven't been cleaned for years contributing to the large amounts of garbage and debris.

Location of 297 Garside Street is a environmental hazard to residents in the area. There is garbage and debris all over the property creating a heavy influx of rodents and other vermin.

At this address there is a Hispanic female who resides in the ground level rear apartment that is involved in criminal activity. Individuals are observed day and night entering the premises carrying garbage bags filled with unknown items and then leave in a hurried state. Many times these individuals become extremely aggressive with the residents of the area.
