I am reporting unsafe conditions in and around the property of Del Rio Apartments. In approximately the last six months, there has been a dramatic increase in the lack of safety, including the presence of homeless and intoxicated persons on property, dumpster diving in daylight hours, and car vandalism, break-ins, and theft.
