This appears to be a combo of driver negligence and a need to make the stop signs at Cedar & Harvey unmissable to incoming drivers.     Residents of 26-28-30 (not sure which of the three units) put all their trash bins out on Thursday night, when trash pickup is not until Monday. It would help to have these off the street until normal pickup, as it blocks a walkway on what's a narrow street with significant foot traffic and car traffic. While I am leaving notes for the residents, I want to also be sure the city's aware. While that address does sometimes leave a lot of things out for collection, this is the first time I can remember them doing so days in advance.

    City replacement of sidewalk tree in 2019 left bricks loose and in poor condition. During winter, it's common for this area to be clogged with snow and ice, creating hazards for pedestrians. Appears to need new set of bricks or replacement with another surface to resolve.
