The stoplight at NE 175th and 15th Ave NE is malfunctioning again. The eastbound direction is defaulted to automatically and goes full length. I see this happening at 4:00am and again at 5:00am each morning. Cars are pulling stunts to get around it because at that hour they know it is malfunctioning. I know it has been fixed several times but starts malfunctioning again shortly after a fix. I suspect the computer control module needs replacing. But for now folks are running the red lights and pulling u-turns right in the intersection.

This light has been off programming for several weeks and I keep forgetting to report it. As I exercise each morning it short cycles constantly during the weekdays and long cycles during the weekend. So it stops North-South traffic constantly during weekday mornings when I see it.

The traffic light at 5th Ave NE and NE 175th is permanently on long cycle. Instead of cycling to red when no more traffic is approaching it stays on green tor the full cycle and other cars sit at the intersection on idle. I did not notice it this morning (so possibly fixed already?) but the previous two days I sat there waiting for the light to change for a long time at 5:00am. Thank you....

The walk light on the stoplight at 15th Ave NE and NE 175th is going on every time. This means the north-south direction runs for the maximum time regardless of traffic. It is the walk button on the east side of 15th Ave NE. Thank you for taking care of this.

I found a drug needle in the Safeway parking lot while out exercising this morning. I did not want to leave it in the parking lot itself in case a child getting out of the car picked it up. So I moved it to near the gas station air pump. There is a utility station near that. I placed it on the diamond plate steel lid. It needs to be disposed of properly. This is the North City Safeway.

The traffic signal on 15th Ave NE and NE 175th is malfunctioning. The light normally changes during the early morning hours (5:15am) when approaching the light and there is no cross traffic. But the North-South light on 15th Ave NE won't change and goes full cycle regardless of traffic. It seems the East-West traffic on NE 175th does however as it is changing to yellow even as I go through.
