    This is one of multiple abandoned/disconnected street light bases with exposed metal and wires in this area of Farmington Ave that are just waiting to injure a pedestrian or cyclist and have been sitting unaddressed for months. Please have to contractor remove/repair/replace and repave road areas and sidewalks where these appear on Farmington Ave between Woodland and Forest St.

Trash blows onto street and sidewalk forcing Hartford BID cleaning ambassadors to clean up (one of whom was out on Farmington this morning doing just that).
