    Tree limbs are overgrown and are on the roof of my home, 7 Batter Terrace. I have filed several complaints both through this site and by phone with no attention paid to this issue. I need these limbs cut back immediately because it is hazardous to my property and passersbys, they will cause harm if they fall during a storm. I need your help to fix this NOW!!!!!

    The street, Batter Terrace has not been swept in 4 months, since April or May to be exact. There's been storms, fallen branches, and a hurricane at the beginning of August with massive tree debris and still no sweeping has occurred. This is absurd. I see other neighborhoods being swept, Yale Avenue, Edgewood Way to name a few but not my street. This must be remedied now. We pay taxes like the rest of the city. Why aren't we seeing the benefits of paying taxes like the nicer neighborhoods are. We need our streets maintained NOW.

    Tree limbs have grown tremendously since my last report. They continue to fall when there are heavy winds, rain and snow. Most recently in the winter of 2018, a rather large limb fell on top a parked car which caused damage to the mirror, roof and paint. This continues to be a concern as this issue persists and remains unaddressed.
