Sat through 13 minutes of this light NOT giving a left turn signal. At first I was the only car then a second car came. The light would turn green to give the N/S bound lanes green lights to go straight- there would even be a Northbound left turn signal- but the South bound lane (on Crossville at Bent Grass) never got a green left turn signal. This is not the only time this has happened but it was by far one of the worst. I usually sit through two cycles of lights. If the light is not going to give a signal there needs to be a sign saying no left turns at certain times.
