    this tree has been dying for three to four years. a city trash truck hit it with its claw and the city hired sidewalk repair folks hit a main branch. it is dropping large branches in the street on cars and large branches onto the sidewalk. it is in the strip between the sidewalk and street. please come and remove it, before it causes serious damage.
