    Constant disregard of well marked one way and no left turn signs as folks, often Oak Drive residents, and others try to save a few seconds by turning left from Oak Drive on to Washington Ave and then go up Broadview Terrace. This resident personally had one near head on collision because of this flagrant disregard of traffic safety. This happens several times every day.
