Stormwater drain was successfully unclogged. Thank you. Now we're on to the second stage - the water has no outlet. regrading the area past the drain will allow the water to gather into a depression adjacent to the drain.
Additional regrading needs to be done in the depression itself to convey the water to the sewer drain pipe on the other end of the depression.
