    There is a homeless encampment right in the middle of Lake Merritt. They have all kinds of Home Depot shopping Carts, Garbage, Etc,. It is right in front of the Senior Center. This is a bad situation and we need these people moved out of there. We need to see about housing assistance and other resource's that is be available to them.
