    Good morning,

    I’ve left a voicemail message but I’m reaching out via email.

    My 89 yr old mother is a resident at McAuley Square and walks daily from her home. She was out yesterday morning and lost her footing on sidewalk that is in need of repair. The sidewalk is near the corner of Mansfield Ave & Colchester Ave.

    I’m writing you in hopes that this situation will shed light on the danger to pedestrian foot traffic. It is also my hope that the repairs needed will be done sooner vs later to avoid someone else getting injured.

    Your attention and prompt response will be most appreciated.

    Thanks for all you are doing during this challenging time.

    I can no longer ignore these stature of disrepair of these temporary bike bumpouts on Peru Street. I have attached pictures so you can se how gross these things are.

    I know we all have alot to deal with - and I would let it all slide - but this issue was reported on See Click Fix 9 months ago and nothing has been done about it. I hate to be the squeaky wheel. but something needs to be done about the shameful state these are in.

    The south side where most people walk is icy and slushy, so I am requesting a clean-up of those sidewalks.
