    Kohler generator has been running continuously for 4 days. It is located just to left of ramp from under Hotel Vermont down to Level 2 of Westlake Garage. It looks power runs to a closed utility room on Level 2 of the Lakeview Garage and thus is a DPW responsibility.

    Safety issue as drivers exit City Garage from north onto Cherry, especially on the lane next to Hen of the Wood. With bright sun and inability to see to the right, drivers may not notice people walking towards lake on the sidewalk. I was almost run over by a younger driver who sped up grade and out of garage across sidewalk without looking to the right.

    With increased BHS traffic, this issue will compound. Suggest to install a mirror and other means to make this situation visible and dangerous.
